We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator (6 months contract) to join our client team in Industria, Cape Town (by the Cape Town Airport Area). The ideal candidate must be organised, professional, and able to handle daily office duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Data capturing and filing
- Scheduling appointments and managing records
- General office administration and support
- Assisting management with day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
- 1–3 years admin or office experience
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Must have experience in car hire
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and in a team
